WE ANALYZE

Upon receiving your query – we will carefully study your requirements. Then we’ll do the followings:

  • First, We take your query seriously as our business function for you to materialize and be successful.
  • Then we make necessary departments involved in-house like merchandisers, designers, QCs, Commercial etc. to provide an effective output technically, financially and in timely manner.
  • We calculate and come up with an estimated cost based on all the raw materials found from our domestic and/or international vendors.
  • Then verify this estimated cost with the domestic market by sending your queries to different manufacturing units including our own unit where the Production Manager, Designer, Technical dept., Merchandisers and the QC departments re-calculate the cost of making of your product(s).
  • We compare the best logical and up to the requirements cost for you.

WE SOURCE

Once we finish analyzing we offer you the lowest price and meet your target price. We will do the followings:

  • We will evaluate by looking for the most renowned, prominent, experienced, diligent, honest, loyal, resourceful, technically savvy and cost effective vendors all around Dhaka Page 10 of 15 and Chittagong and if necessary check international vendors specially in China, Taiwan, India etc. for your raw materials.
  • Similarly we will evaluate, grade and select manufacturers in Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Mirpur and/or in Chittagong based on their proprietor / director’s status, length of experience in the industry, relevant education in the industry, quality and quantity of the machineries used, clients they have worked for, workers education and/or their technical skills, security system of the factory, maintained internationally accepted social compliance etc.

WE SHORTLIST

Once we evaluate and grade vendors and factories we’ll notify you. Then we’ll do the followings:

  • We’ll shortlist and send you profile of the best factory for you.

  • If your time & budget permits then you could visit the factory then proceed for your product manufacturing.

WE NEGOTIATE

Once the above step is done then we’ll do the followings:

  • We’ll negotiate L/C terms for you with the factory (in case we place other than our factory).
  • We’ll negotiate production planning terms for timely shipment.
  • We’ll negotiate quality and quantity terms with the factory.
  • We’ll negotiate inspection terms and conditions with the factory.
  • We’ll place the order based on ‘Time & Action’ plan for you to know total schedule.

LABORATORY TESTING

Laboratories are an extremely valuable component of our services and also facilitates the manufacturer – exporters to transact their business with least quality risk. Laboratory services includes:

  • Fabric: Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Measurement and Seam performance.
  • Analysis: Flammability, Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage) to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing /dry cleaning, Fiber analysis, etc.
  • Color Fastness: Color fastness to washing, Perspiration, Light, Rubbing, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing, etc. Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out.
  • Garment: Dimensional Stability to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing / dry cleaning are tested.

SAMPLING

We arrange sampling from appropriate suppliers as per buyers designs, sketches etc. Samples against orders and Promotional samples are sent by suppliers.

Samples are developed to suit the season’s colors, fabric and style based of our buyer’s requirements. Salesman samples are made as per the buyers’ requirements and sent to them. By offering these crucial service, we assist our buyers marketing efforts in their own country by giving them an edge over others.

PRICES

We scrutinize prices quoted by the supplier and with our own experience of the cost components to obtain the most realistic prices.

STATUS REPORTING

We follow up each order in precise details from fabric/yarn to garment, to shipment stage. At each stage, progress is intimated to buyer and he is kept informed of the actual status of the orders throughout.

Status reports – based on the multi-state inspections are transmitted to the buyers by fax or e-mail. Production progress is analyzed in relation to the delivery terms and suitable course of actions taken to ensure goods are delivered in time. The consignment is allowed for shipment if only it is up to the buyers required standards/specifications.

WE HELP YOU COMPLETE

As the above procedures are in place we’ll do the followings:

  • We’ll assign merchandiser and inspection teams for both the raw goods vendors and factory production team for un-winking inspection surveillance.
  • From store/warehouse to fabric/yarn inspection, pattern making, marking, cutting, bundling, sewing/knitting, mending, iron/pressing, labeling, washing to shipping
  • We’ll help you complete the job.
  • Once the shipment is done we’ll send off the necessary documents for accounts collection.

CONTAINER STUFFING & LOADING SUPERVISION

As the above procedures are in place we’ll do the followings:

An identification of the goods during the loading is made to ensure that only the inspected goods are being stuffed without getting mixed up with the un-inspected goods.

Shipping documents are checked to verify their conformity to buyer’s instructions and sent in advance to the buyer.

As a policy, we insist that all our cargo must be handled only by a reputed Forwarder, so that, we get correct information well in time about exact sailing details, ETD / ETA of vessels. We also try for priority in booking and loading wherever possible. In suitable circumstances, we may arrange grouping of cargo arriving from different suppliers. This system enables the buyer to import several consignments as one lot and reduces his import cost on freight, clearing, forwarding and cargo handling. We can assist if required in negotiating and obtain special freight rates on the basis of regular turnover. This too results in reducing buyer’s cost of import.

DOCUMENTATION & SHIPPING CO-ORDINATION

Shipping documents are checked as per the buyers’ instruction and the copy documents are sent to the buyers in time to avoid any discrepancy.

To avoid demurrage at destination, we collect copies of shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing list, original G.S.P., Certificate of Origin, Export Certificate etc. from all suppliers immediately after shipment and forward them to respective buyers.

WE ORGANIZE EVENTS ON YOUR VISIT (IF NECESSARY)

Once the L/C and other necessary documents are finalized – you could visit us and we can pre-arrange a tour guide prior to your arrival from our office Or you could come visit us prior to offer Purchase Order. In any case we can to do the followings:

  • Once you confirm your intention to visit Bangladesh, we’ll send you an invitation letter for you to submit to the embassy for a visa.
  • We’ll pick you up from the airport once you let us know your arrival date, time and flight number.
  • We’ll have you visit our office, introduce personnel, explain our daily routine jobs, show our sample section and have conference with in-house personnel about your project(s).
  • Once/if project(s) are finalized we’ll have you visit the production factory and facilities available there.
  • Once/if you are satisfied with the production, work flow and processes then we’ll see you off to the airport.

24/7 PRE-PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Once the order(s) is/are confirmed from you – we’ll do the following:

  • Via email, Skype or our mobile numbers you can get the status of the latest pre -production, production and/or post production statuses.
  • Also the factory will provide a regular store inventory along with ‘Time & Action’ plan which will be posted to you via email.
